stop it

what makes united nations undermine its own charter and promote terrorism?

By Kulamarva Balakrishna

Vienna,Wednesday,December 12,2007:I have here a news report published by arab news,a pan Arab newspaper owned partly by a Saudi prince.Besides, the news is sourced to the United Nations. What is more, there is information on the time table of the award ceremony, confirming how the United Nations works against the spirit of its own charter, for reasons not revealed. The United Nations has charter, besides,in addition it has strong commitment to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights made by the organization members in 1948, just three years after
the world body was established. Thus the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights serves to strengthen the articles in the charter. The declaration is non-discriminatory on the basis of race, religion, sex, geography etc.

Then how come the world body go against the charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to promote a hate mongering, irrational, divisive, sex segregationist, sectarian organization´s divisive routing of finances into member countries recognizing it as South-South Co-operation among its developing countries? Besides the United States is not part of South. But the Organization of Islamic Conference finances go to Chicago to promote social conflict there. The IOC has made a declaration in Cairo soon after its establishment, known as Cairo Declaration, which categorically rules out accepting standards anything beyond Islamic Sharia laws, saying in case of conflict of principles Islamic Sharia principles will prevail. The sharia law
itself is subject to various interpretation according to convenience mullahs or sheikhs, calling themlves by misleading English titles. Here then are the roots
of all terrorist aggression. While the Organization of Islamic Conference or Countries,do
not accept countries like India as a member, even though it has more Muslim population than most of the 50 odd Islamic countries, How and on what basis the United Nations can promote such financial sectarianism within
its member countries without promoting internal terrorism
within member countries? To cite one example:Bangla Desh origin intellectual and medical doctor of unimpeachable integrity Taslima Nasrin became a refugee in Sweden first, then in India from her country for that very reason of her human integrity.
In the country of birth she was denied her fundamental rights of free expression. Poetess author Taslima Nasrin is in India as a refugee. She has fundamental rights and minority rights.Efforts are being made to gag her even in the guest country to please the so called minorities. She is in the minority of one, has she no rights? If United Nations can not stand up to the principles of its own charter and its Universal Declaration of Human Rights, why the world body should exist? Will the
U.N.Secretary General answer in public that U.N. Charter and Universal Declaration of Human Rights are only meant for paper consumption and causing environmental damage?

It is not because, I take Taslima Nasrin as my own adopted daughter alone I raise the issue. It is because of the fundamental principles basing the United Nations and the world body´s Declaration of Human Rights are also involved. The safety of the innocent in the world from the terrorist hate is involved. The United Nations is not committed to uphold all misinterpreted fundamentalist Islamic Sharia Laws. Neither India is the only on whose internal divisiveness is being promoted by the routing of finances by the IOC.Nigeria for example is there,it has non Muslim population. The United States houses peoples of all religions and races. Even there the finances of the Organization of Islamic Conference promoted terrorist Jihad tendencies as could be seen by the quoted text.I appreciate a public debate on this issue by my readers and at decision making government level globally.
