she is our playing flag

By Kulamarva Balakrishna

Vienna,Thursday,January 10,2008:I am an Indian,
who is committed to the rule of law.I do not approve
of a mob rule by mullah mobs or Hindu pujari mobs.
I have respect for the judiciary even though I have
been a victim of its infinite delays. But I am unable
to comprehend its ways some times. As for example
when a court in Narendra Modi´s Gujarat issued
summons on some flimsy grounds on the then
President of India. Then I learned that for mere Rs.
40,000 or about one thouand dollars, the corrupt
courts in India run all sorts f monkey cases.
Since then,I began to pay some attention and
noted many judicial officers in the country have
enough time to entertain silly cases.

As for example cases on Artist M.F.Hussain on
alleged obscenity charges when Hindu goldly system
itself remains the worst obscene =spiritual=
establishment in the world. I have not known any
judicial process the courts heard in India against
the Archaeological Survey of India for maintaining
historic obscene sites like Khajuraho,Konarak,
granite Kailas Temple in Ellora.Nor have I heard
any court proceedings against naked Jain munis
roaming about publicly. Or even displaying how
they remove their pubic hair by rooting out by
smearing wet ashes to pull out hair religiously!

But they have registered cases against actress Shilpa
Shetty for being kissed by an actor.I am not aware
of the reason why they dropped a case against politician
Uma Bharti, who ran amok with India´s National Flag some
years, ostensibly with a mob for planting it wherever
it pleased her without any occasion for it.But now here
I see a photo of India´s young female professional tennis
payer Sania Mirza sitting among the spectators at
a stadium. The flag has been planted there perhaps
to acknowledge Sania is indeed the pride of the
nation of one billion plus population. In fact she is
the living flag of India in international tennis courts.
I am sure she has not planted an Indian National Flag
in front of her.Besides, the photo shows she sits
away from the flag. But the photographer has
taken the picture to include the flag and India´s
national pride, the young player. Some one,who claims
to be a social worker, another bar member representing
the social worker, reportedly complained to the court
that the national pride, the young woman, Sania Mirza
sat feet up in front of the flag, which constituted
insult to the flag.I wonder, why a mullah like Imam
Bukhari did not come to the same court complaining
that the girl was sitting showing her back to the holy
place Makka! It is not easy to be a world class tennis
player. The discipline involves hard work, tired, getting
injured, etc. She has a right to sit and rest. The social
worker could have arranged for safe keeping the
National Flag.If the Indian judiciary is ashamed of the
country´s young people´s performance in International
sports, then it could arrange by directing the Ministry
of Sports not to display Indian National Flag in the
international play grounds. After all play grounds are
meant for sportive young, who play and those who
like pay and watch.Indian National Flag neither plays,
nor watches the games as an audience paying for the
chance to watch. It is out of place there. I think judiciary
should show some perspective to be serious. It
should not waste public time for cruel jokes on India´s
cherished young sportsmen,including women.(end)

Dear Balakrishna:

You are right, the Indian judiciary sometimes
makes us all hang our heads in shame. It is
a basic judicial principle that, if a case based
on vexatious claims or frivolity is brought
before a court, the court should not only
dismiss it outright but also hold the initiator
of the case liable.

Let Sania know that, barring a few hoodlums,
all Indians are proud of her achievements and
indebted to her for having carved a niche for
India in the tennis world.

Namaskar Shri. K. Balakrishna ji,
Hindu godly system itself remains the
worst obscene =spiritual=establishment
in the world. I have not known any
judicial process the courts heard in
India against the Archaeological Survey
of India for maintaining historic
obscene sites like Khajuraho,Konarak,
granite Kailas Temple in Ellora.Nor
have I heard any court proceedings
against naked Jain munis roaming
about publicly.
With reference to your article below, I felt
deeply hurt when i read the above para of
text. It is really sad that we are ignorant
about Hindu culture and heritage. I felt like
pointing out some facts about our Hindu
temples and Khajuraho/Konark. Please refer
the below link.

Dear Sau Aarti Nadkarni,
Do not feel hurt. This world is large enough to
take all view points. After all we are adults.
But if we take arbitrariness as standard,
I mean then all those representations are
covered by the standard.
I have been in all the places I mentioned. I
had been to other places as well.If you take
Hanuman as god, I have no problem
but do not compel him to wear a dhoti or
Langoti that does not suit him.God is
=antaryami= and every where that is our
wisdom for almost seven thousand years
continuously. We do not bother even if homo
Ayappan taken as god or Karni rats are
considered gods since a rat was considered
Vighnesha´s vehicle.These are our projections
of god as humans. This is clearly stated in
Yoga Vasistha saying =we decorate ourselves
looking into the mirror=this subjective
appreciation we transfer to imaginary god.
I have begun writing a commentary on
Patanjala yoga sutras.Immediately after the
Upanishadic Period, darshana system
validated Vedic philosophy to confirm
=Aum tat sat= that is the ultimate. At the
time there were some one dozen schools of
thought.These included Buddha,Jain,
Charvaka, Barhaspatya, etc.They all
held view points but ended in =sarva
deva namaskarah keshavam pratigachchati=.
With all that going under Satya Saibaba,
makes no one happy. Why Satyasai Baba?
Before him was there Shirdi Saibaba. He
was decent human being.By hurting
Hindu seriousness,why should we complain
it hurts? Take it easy please Sau Nadkarni.
Let us behave normal without hurting
others. If we hurt we also get hurt.
Please try to understand, Raja Ravi Varma
modelled gods like his Austrian model.
Every day,some Bendre girl,or Pandya
girl or some other girl sends me naked
photo calenders hoping I would buy.Sau
Nadkarni, I have wife and children, I
know human anatomy.I do not like our
girls selling photos of naked European
girls. What can I say they make it out
of choice.
I wish you all the best,
kulamarva balakrishna

Your arguement apart, did you read the
facts about Khajuraho on the link i sent you?
Do they not seem convincing to you.....?
You appear to be a well-read, learned man,
then how can you term Hindu godly system
as the worst obscene thing in this world.
If you have really studied the Vedas and
the Upanishad then you would not have
had such a view about Hindu Dharma.
Anyways, you are free to circulate matter
on the net and i cant stop you from doing so,
but our Karma follows us wherever we go
and we are adequately rewarded and punished
for our good and bad karma respectively.
Guess that takes care of everything said and
done.....
With Regards,
Sau. Aarti Nadkarni
