Vienna,Sunday,Fberuary 3,2008: In Lucknow
in India close to the Taj Mahal,Agra,is a female
ruler,who wanted to simply make the monument
of Moghal love into a ruin by construction of cheap
shopping centres some years ago, has come
back to power.The poor female known as Mayavati
claims she is loved by Indian poor,who donated her
so much wealth that she could account the billions!
She thinks being a leader involves being
=unaccountable= to any one.By that road, she
wants to traverse higher up to become the ruler
of the one billion plus India.

She has come to the position thanks to the
uninterrupted sub humanization of life for the
lower castes of Indians by the brahmin elite
and their logistic toddies.The place happens to
the centre of India for at least more than two
thousand years.It is the territory where river
ganga flows taking the tributary Yamuna at
Sangam near Allahabad,where once in twelve
years Kumbha Mela jamboori of naked sadhus
takes place. In Saudi language this then is
the state of =holy places= and Mayavati is the
new custodian of these places. By popular will
unlike in Saudi Arabia by the will of gawd!
The commonality between the Saudi custodian
and the custodian of Taj Mahal is their belief
that they are unaccountable.

Now the story begins that this woman Chief
Minister, who is under investigation for her
past misdeeds of corruption,continues accumulate
unaccountable wealth and of course power.
It is in that rash of power,she suspended
some administrative officials of the state
on charges of violating service rules by
expressing their admiration not as officers of
the government but as private persons on a
young public figure,who happens to be the
grandson of Indira Gandhi.

It is a delicate matter.If the officers had bent
themselves to make a personal favour,
or did harm to public interest it is another
matter.In a book some one published these
officials allegedly expressed their admiration
to the young man to face the summary
punishment! The governor has her explanation.

The officials are outraged.A controversy is
on.Mayavati may be in power today. In new
elections she may be washed down by the
ganga confluence into the Bay of Bengal. It
is also possible she will go up to New Delhi
to address the nation from ramparts of the
Red Fort after unfurling the national flag.
In any case she needs to be careful.She can
not avoid acknowledging the contribution
made by Nehru family that opened up chances
for those like her. In other words Mayavati
may be chasing an illusion without being
aware of it.Wild goose is know Sanskrit
as =mrareechika= that is a seeming
oasis promising water for the thirsty.The
word implies an animal sees as sun glows
it as the reflection of water.But without realizing
it could be a mirage, the animal chases the
glow of light.But for one thing I am happy.
A woman like her had the chance to taste
water for the first time in the history of India.
I am proud of India´s achievement to that
extent.But I would be happier if this taste
becomes common for all Indians.Will
Mayavati contribute in the direction would
depend on her achieving her ambitions(end)
