what about rape cases?

commonsense?

Vienna,Monday,February 11 ,2008:Astonishing
in the least.Almost a year ago,Richard Gere, the
actor as universal standard practice, gave a social
kiss to actress Shilpa Shetty in a t.v appearance.
It is not a sexual kissing but a social kissing,
for all to see.

Some Poonam Chandra Bhandari has complained
to a court in Jaipur as if her modesty had been
subjected to a rape! By red tape route it has reached
the bench of Supreme Court of India presided
over by the Chief Justice of India.I am surprised
do we have a judicial system or a Virtue Commission
style of the sand land holy places of Saudi Arabian
Hindu Mundu Sharia Supreme Judicial Council?

What a waste of public money by the so called
third world third class super power leading from
the bottom up!Who pays for the judiciary? The
poorest man on earth,who can not afford it.
There are rape cases, cannibal cases,slave trade
cases,corruption cases, drug death cases of political
colour,murder cases against politicians,corruption
charges against the judiciary that one court under
Naradhama Modi´s Gujarat state jurisdiction
issued summons against the President of India
for a mere 40,000 rupees paid to a judicial humbug.
Where are we?

I can understand if Poonam Chandra Bhandari
has been violated. Beautiful actress Shilpa
got a kiss as compliment.She does not complain.
What has Poonam Bhandari to do with it?She is
not religious police employed under India´s
Virtue Commission, if there is such a humbug
there.Instead of concentrating on essentials
that matter to the quality of life of the citizen,
since when nonsense became a cognizable offense
under Indian Penal Code?I am sure Indira Jaisingh
should be able to shred the misinterpretation of
the BJP amended IPC if there is such an amendment.
What a callous waste of public time.What for? In a
couple of days arrives Valentine Day.People tend
to give flowers to mothers,wives,girl friends even
friends on the occasion.There is no violation of
any Hindu Mundu Samskriti involved,unless we
import the Wahabi sand land Mullah value of Saudi
Arabia where, one man has vote,has a female face with
a huge mustache, has right to order beheading,
whipping and impose cruelties at will.

Poor Sania Mirza, a young woman for whom India
should be proud ,Taslima Nasrin for whom India
should be grateful for protecting interests of
minorities in a tumbling mullah land of Bangla Desh,
which was once part of the Indian subcontinent,how
and what did the Indian white elephant judicial system
do to help them? It will of course participate in
harassing.I like one day to learn law from the judges
of the Supreme Court of India!Let me go to jail for
once for contempt of court.The definition of contempt
or law is in articulate interpretation.Where there is no
room for commonsense how can there be law? Laws
are not in ABC letters but in commonsense, for that
we do not open the IPC justice.(end)
